Hmmm. Sounds interesting but the mess in the begining is going to be horrendous. To much finger pointing and people looking to find out that the govt is doing bad. Wait ,pay ur loan and then rethink relocation. Can we say Haliburton. Can we say scapegoat.

Also check into that "waiver of prevailing rates" suspension of Davis-Bacon that Bush so cheerfully signed to see if it applies to the work you're looking at.
