:: All About Me ::

Well this is me. My name is Terry. I am 21 years old and I reside in Millersville, Pennsylvania, which is just outside the city of Lancaster, PA. Red Rose Pride Baby!

Pennsylvania, despite what everyone says about it, is an awesome state. It's a beautiful state, with charming small towns and lovely big cities. And the nation's best two beers are brewed here: Rolling Rock and Yuengling Lager. (Not Yuengling Lite. Drink the real stuff.)

I attend Millersville University of Pennsylvania, one of the 14 State Schools that make up the State System of Higher Education. Unlike other, more famous state-funded Pennsylvania schools (such as University of Pittsburgh, Penn State, Temple, and a couple others) the SSHE is not as well funded, and the students overwhelmingly tend to be from Pennsylvania. Millersville draws mainly from Lancaster County, York County, Dauphin, Lebanon, Berks, and Chester Counties for its students.

All of those counties just happen to be the most conservative in the state, except Chester County which is apart of the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Millersville is an awesome place, however. Despite being a progressive center-left individual, I am really really happy here. Especially now. 

I'm in my third year of college here. Currently, I am majoring in Speech Communication specializing in broadcasting. It doesn't mean I'll be on TV however, it is more of a production based major. As of the Spring Semester, I'll be double majoring in Government and Political Affairs and Communication. With this, I hope to go to work for the Democratic National Party. They need help, and I want to help them. 

I want to know everything. I love learning, I love reading about new things. My desire is to know everything!

I'm a very idealistic person. 

Although, things conspire to make me moody, angry, cynical, glum, down, blue, and etc. Hence the name of my blog: The Storm.

I wanna fix America. I love this place. I am so lucky to be living here.
