PP & L still sucks

Well, the meter wasn't broken after all, just the way it communicated with the utility. Next time I get an electric bill for only 7 bucks, I am going to demand they come out and see what is up.

oy. 63 bucks at a time when I did not have 63 bucks. Such is life when you're growing up I guess. Eh?
