relocating Part III
Plan revised. Now more of a graduate school thing. We'll see how this turns out.
I've realized it's a combination of Harrisburg not being as interesting a place to want to spend the rest of my life (though it's an okay pitstop) and generally being down about how life is going. So a change in scenery is really needed at this stage, sometime in the next year to year and a half.

I still maintain that you have not spent enough time here to make an assessment like that. You need a year, MINIMUM, to get an idea of what any given place is all about.
