That would be Carley's, sandwiched between Scott's and Fisaga/Spice on Locust Street.
Smoke free, and live piano music. Bit of a more sophisticated crowd. I liked the fact that it is smoke free.
I didn't get a chance to stop in there on New Years Eve because it was so packed.
I'll have to check them out for lunch sometime soon and report back. From everything I've heard so far, the place is well received and a welcome entry (and alternative) to the whole 2nd Street Frat Party scene.
