President Bush (news - web sites) reversed himself Wednesday and said he now supports giving a commission investigating the 9/11 attacks more time to produce a final report.
It remains to be seen if the White House will fully cooperate. Small steps. My suspicion is that they will. . . it IS an election year after all.
